Each year, INCTR writes a report of the activities/projects conducted in the previous year, whether coordinated from Brussels, one of the other branches or offices, or in one or more INCTR collaborating centers. This report is presented briefly at the Annual General Meeting/Governing Council meeting, which is usually held in February of the following year.
All major meetings organized by INCTR are listed and reports provided for each of these. Meetings in which INCTR has had an organizational role are also listed. Specific programs and projects are described in more detail. The first progress report was written in 2002, since INCTR launched its activities from Brussels in 2000, and much of the first year was spent in establishing the office, engaging staff, and moving to initiate projects identified at the first (then) Annual INCTR meeting, held in Antwerp in 1999.
