The International Network for Cancer Treatment and Research (INCTR) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping to build capacity for cancer control in countries with limited resources. 

INCTR has three major strategies: an international network of branches and offices able to identify resources and coordinate projects; discipline related programs (e.g., clinical research, childhood cancer, palliative care) that supervise the conduct of projects via the network; and centers of excellence that function as national/regional focal points able to transfer expertise to other institutions. 

Numerous partners, associate members, and volunteers throughout the world are dedicated to assisting INCTR accomplish its goals.
