INCTR is an NGO in
official relations with WHO

Offices work at a national or regional level with respect to furthering INCTR's mission. Offices, unlike branches, are not legally established entities within the countries in which they are located, but function as extensions of INCTR, Brussels. Offices conduct similar activities to Branches, i.e., establishing and maintaining linkages with cancer centers or units, relevant professional organizations or elements of national or regional governments, and coordinate ongoing INCTR programs and projects with the country or region. Offices may, in many circumstances, evolve into Branches as local needs increase.
