INCTR is an NGO in
official relations with WHO

INCTR has two offices in India, one located in New Delhi and the other in Hyderabad. The India Office in Delhi coordinates the on-going project in the study of acute lymphoblastic leukemia being conducted by four major cancer centers in India. The India Office in Hyderabad is home to the Palliative Access (PAX) Program in India. This office organizes training for doctors, nurses and social workers in palliative care and liaises with the state government to improve access to opioids for patients with cancer. It is in the process of developing new palliative care programs in other parts of the country.
