ANNUAL MEETING 2003

The Annual Meeting of the INCTR for 2003 was held May 29th - 31st, 2003 at the Hilton Hotel in Brussels. The program for the first day included the Annual Reports from the President, INCTR Branches and Offices, and Program Directors, INCTR Award Lectures, and a Poster Session with oral presentations of selected posters. The second day was devoted to Hematological Malignancies. A distinguished panel of experts in this field gave presentations on the pathogenesis and treatment of leukemias and lymphomas. The program for the third day of the meeting contained a session on Late Effects of Cancer Treatment, an Ethics Roundtable Discussion of the ethical considerations concerning cancer research in developing countries, and a session on New Technologies.

Annual Meeting 2003 was granted accreditation by the Accreditation Council of Oncology Europe (ACOE). The meeting was awarded 19 CME points.
