INCTR India

INCTR India was established in 2014.  It is head-quartered in Jaipur, India in the state of Rajasthan – the largest state in the country - which has a population of 70 million people.  Because Rajasthan has a large tribal and poor rural population, the branch developed a public-private partnership with the state government of Rajasthan in a project entitled, “Integrated Urban and Rural Community-based Interventions for Early Detection, Treatment and Palliative Care of Cancer” in order to benefit only the urban poor, but also individuals living in the rural and tribal regions in the state.  As such, INCTR India focuses on:

  • Cancer Prevention
  • Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Selected Cancers
  • Development of Cancer Registration in Rajasthan
  • Palliative Care
