INCTR’s headquarters are located in Brussels, Belgium. It has branches located throughout the world.

Resource development, administration and programs are supervised by an Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is responsible to INCTR’s Governing Council. Programs and projects are developed with the participation and input and advice of collaborating institutions involved with cancer research, treatment, including palliative care and education in countries with limited resources. INCTR utilizes the expertise of independent scientific advisors in program and project development.
